Level 1 Servant Requirements

• Must be saved and water baptized
• Must have attended Calvary Chapel weekly for at least six months or have approval of ministry overseer
• Must have completed a Ministry Application with an attached photo

• Must have read Calvary Chapel Distinctives by Pastor Chuck Smith

• Must have interviewed with a ministry overseer of the Level I ministry

Level 2 Servant Requirements

• Must have met the above criteria in Level 1
• Must have read Living Water by Pastor Chuck Smith
• Must have watched the “Venture in Faith” video
• Must have read Charisma vs. Charismania by Pastor Chuck Smith
• Must have interviewed with a ministry overseer of the Level 2 ministry

Level 3 Servant Requirements

• Must have met above criteria in Levels 1 and 2
• Must have read Answers for Today by Pastor Chuck Smith
• Must have read Calvinism, Arminianism, and the Word of God by Pastor Chuck Smith
• Must have interviewed with the pastoral or ministerial overseer
• Must have met all the requirements of a deacon/overseer in 1 Timothy 3
